French cuisine is known for its rich flavours, elegant presentation and precise technique. However, in our restaurant, we like to add flavor by incorporating flavors and ingredients from other cultures. This creates a unique and exciting dining experience sure to please any palate. One of our signature dishes is our Creole bouillabaisse. This traditional French fish stew is made with a variety of fresh seafood, including shrimp, crab, and fish, simmered in a flavorful broth made with tomatoes, onions, and spices. We like to add cayenne for a touch of heat Pepper and Creole seasoning give it a spicy kick sure to please any seafood lover. Another popular dish on our menu is the Southern Style Chicken in Red Wine.

This classic French dish is usually made with chicken braised with red wine bacon and mushrooms. However, we like to use Andouille sausage in place of the bacon and add kale to the dish for an extra Southern twist. This creates a unique and delicious flavor combination sure to please any meat lover. We also offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan options inspired by French cuisine.

One of our favorites is our ratatouille, a traditional French stew made with eggplant, zucchini, peppers and tomatoes. We like to add a little spice by adding Cajun seasoning and serving It works with quinoa to give it a unique and satisfying flavor.
